Cancellations for seminar registration must be made at least 30 days prior to the course start date to receive a full refund. All cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the course start date will be refunded, minus a $100 cancellation fee. Refunds will be applied to the original credit card or by the original form of payment only. You can request a refund by emailing the OTZ website at firstname.lastname@example.org.
OTZ reserves the right to cancel a scheduled seminar due to events beyond our control. In the event that we must cancel an OTZ sponsored seminar, you can transfer the funds to a future seminar or request a full refund. If we must cancel an OTZ sponsored seminar less that 30 days before the scheduled date, will will offer an additional $50.00 rebate if you had already booked your airfare AND you wish to transfer your registration fee to another one of our seminars. This rebate is offered to help offset any airline cancellation/change charge. You must submit proof of your paid airline booking to qualify for this rebate.
If you would like to transfer your course fees to a different OTZ sponsored course, you are able to do so without penalty prior to 30 days before the course start date. If you would like to transfer to a different course less than 30 days before the course start date, a $100 transfer fee will apply. Please email or call us to request a change
Please remember, the above policy applies to OTZ sponsored seminars only. Some of the seminars listed on our website are sponsored by other groups. If the seminar that you registered for was sponsored by another group, please contact that group regarding their refund/cancellation policy. The contact and phone number will be available on the OTZ web site.
