The OTZ Team Teaches in France – Paris, France 2011
On September 9, 2011 the OTZ Technique team led by its founder, Dr. Francis Murphy DC along with Dr. Louis D’Amico DC and Dr. Michael Hall DC, DCAN traveled to Paris France and taught 35 chiropractors the OTZ Technique. The majority were French chiropractors and we had a few chiropractors come from Canada and one from Germany. The seminar was held at the IFEC, i.e., Institute Franco-European de Chiropractique in Paris and was arranged by the president of the AFC, i.e., Association Francaise de Chiropractic, Dr. Phillipe Fleuriau. As fate would have it one of the attendees suffered from a frozen shoulder for over a year and his condition was quickly reduced in front of everyone by Dr. Murphy. This particular chiropractor shared with me at the end of the seminar that most of the other attendees asked him how much we paid him to perform in front of them! They were all very amazed at the quick results. After that performance another attendee asked to bring his mother in on Sunday morning. She had been suffering from a frozen shoulder for over a year as well with very little results. She also noticed a decreased ability to smell since acquiring her frozen shoulder. Dr. Murphy adjusted her using the OTZ technique and her arm came up. She was also able to smell his coffee and commented that it wasn’t very good coffee as well!
The OTZ team was very excited to present this technique to its first European venue and thanks Dr. Fleuriau for all his help in arranging the event. Our feedback from the group was very positive and they were excited to go back to their practices and begin to use this technique on their patients. They also invited us back to France in the spring of 2012 to put on another seminar at the IFEC sister college in Toulouse, France. Wow, spring in southern France…we can hardly wait!
This European momentum is beginning to build as the OTZ team has recently received requests to do the OTZ Technique seminar in Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom. We are beginning to explore the groundwork and logistics of putting on the seminars in Europe in 2012. Keep monitoring our website for details on these European venues.
