Individuals suffering from multiple sclerosis and insomnia are being offered an opportunity to experience free chiropractic treatment. A chiropractor in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Francis X. Murphy, founder of OTZ Methods, is currently training other chiropractors in the OTZ method of chiropractic assessment and treatment in a number of cities around the world. As part of the training, he is seeking patients who would like to experience the OTZ method of assessment and treatment.
Over the last 13 years Dr. Murphy has been studying the human frame quite differently than doctors of chiropractic have in the past. This unique form of assessment heavily weighs a number of physical functions to their base line normal.
“Maladapted opposition to gravity is the first and most obvious detectable sign plaguing people with this disorder,” says Murphy.
He goes on to explain how over time the body to brain to body communication becomes affected. This analysis has become to be known as “Top Down Analysis”, and the effects of the OTZ method is now being studied by top researchers from New Zealand and Canada. Murphy finds that the patient’s history usually is the most revealing piece of the puzzle, with a wide variety of symptoms improved following OTZ treatment, depending on the different body systems impacted. In 2006 Murphy first identified an anomaly in a woman’s x-ray related to the skull on spine relationship. After careful consideration and revaluation he devised a strategy to address the anomaly. The patient, Pam Hatcher suffered from a medically diagnosed Frozen Shoulder Syndrome and a variety of other symptoms ranging from global pain to insomnia. With a single treatment all of her symptoms were reduced. The down-stream effect of the adjustment reversed the Frozen Shoulder Syndrome (FSS). The “Hatcher Murphy Disorder” was soon born from this case study. Documented in the movie “Doctored” OTZ “Top Down Analysis and Treatment has a very predictable effect on FSS. Over time this very logically and systematic analysis and treatment of the skull on spine relationship showed promising results in a number of other clusters of signs and symptoms whose causes were unknown.
Signs and symptoms that show improvement with OTZ range from poor balance and gait, spinal fluidity (movement), blood oxygenation levels, breathing rhythms, heart rate variability, and chest expansion to poor sleep, coordination, and memory to decreased muscular strength and endurance. Others reported improvements in digestion, fatigue levels, vertigo, numbness and even anxiety. Many of these symptoms are associated with chronic health issues such as insomnia and multiple sclerosis. While he is clear that the doesn’t treat “disease”, Dr. Murphy has found that patients suffering from insomnia and multiple sclerosis, often report marked improvements in these signs and symptoms following OTZ treatments.
Individuals who suffer from insomnia or multiple sclerosis, and are interested in experiencing the OTZ method, are being sought. Treatment is free, but participant must be willing to be videotaped before and after treatment, so that the videos can be used for future research and training.
